•Shopping
Cart - Your shopping cart holds all your
purchases until you are ready to check out
and pay for them.
Adding things to your shopping cart
does not mean you have to buy them; you can
delete them before checking out.

Purchasing Items - Once you see a
product you’d like to order, simply click
the “Add to Cart” button.
Your Shopping Cart page will display
showing everything you’ve ordered so far.
You may have to scroll down the
page to see the full display of all items in
your cart.

Quantities and Editing Your Order
– You may change the quantities of anything
in your shopping cart when your Shopping
Cart page displays.
Simply change the quantity and then
click the “Update Quantity” button directly
underneath.
To remove any items from your cart,
click the “Remove” button on your Shopping
Cart page and it will automatically update
with your new items.
If you’d like to add more products to
your cart, click the “Keep Shopping” button
and you’ll be sent back to the main site.
• Checking
Out – When you’re finished shopping, click
the “Checkout” button and follow the
instructions. We accept MasterCard and Visa
only. If you would like to pay
by check, please call the number under
Contact Us.
Shipping
We only ship to
locations in the United States off the web site.
All shipments are sent via
priority mail. Your shipping rates are
based
on the number of items ordered. A
handling charge will be added to each order.
Returns
While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your
order, if there is any reason that you need to
return it to us, simply do so by returning it via
the postal mail. The customer needs to pay for
return shipping costs and the order must be returned
within 30 days of original order date for the item
cost to be credited back to you.
You must include your order number and the reason
for the return when returning items to ensure a
speedy return process. Wholesale purchasers
will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Idea Galleria uses a technology called Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) to encrypt any information you send to
us online. The information in encrypted on your
computer and then decoded after it reaches Idea
Galleria’s secure server. It cannot be decrypted
during transit.

Standard time and someone will take your order.

We collect postal addresses from online orders to
fulfill your order request. If you have supplied us
with your postal address, we may contact you at some
time other than order fulfillment with news of

Telephone Numbers
We retain telephone numbers strictly for purposes of
contacting individuals if we have a question about
your online order. We do not solicit our products

Our Hosted Store - This site is hosted by
Paypal Merchant Services. The Credit Cards
displayed on the site are all acceptable as well as
payments thru your Paypal account if you have one.

We may make updates to our privacy statement. If we
do, we will post changes on this site so you will
know how we collect and use our customers’
information.

Idea Galleria’s intellectual property are protected
under the United States Patent and Trademark Office
with a patent pending status. Using Idea Galleria’s
trademarks to misdirect its customers on the
internet to third-party sites is a violation of
Federal law and will be prosecuted.
